Hello Roxanne and Family, I am so sorry to have heard about Bill's passing and just wanted to send my condolences and heart felt sympathy to his family and friends. I worked closely with Bill at CME, until I relocated to Florida in 2005. Bill and I worked on a project in Summit and spent a lot of time traveling to night meetings. During our time in the car he often spoke of you and the kids and starting a new chapter of his life with you. We also spoke about his neice and nephew and all the sporting events he either coached for or attended. Bill was a one of the brightest engineers and the nicest person I have had the pleasure of working with on a professional level. He was a great mentor and always had a calming effect on people no matter what suituation we found ourselves, particularly at public meetings...some of our meetings could get pretty intense. I will always remember him as a bright spot in my career. He will be missed but never forgotten. I am sure his personality and demeanor had touched a lot of people as it did me.
