Obituary of Beatrice K Barkoczy

Beatrice K. Barkoczy, (nee: Wehrlen) age 81, of Toms River passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2011. Originally from Plainfield, she moved to Toms River in 1963. She retired after 26 years as a bookkeeper for the Toms River Township Police Department in 1997. She graduated from North Plainfield High School in 1949. She was predeceased by her parents, Emil and Beatrice Wehrlen, her husband William in 1998, her nephew Thomas in 1980, and her brother, Paul (infant). Beatrice is survived by her children, Judy Boyce and her husband William of Colorado; Thomas and his wife Debra of Colorado; William of Tennessee; Stephen of Toms River; Linda Grimley and her husband Glenn of Toms River; two sisters, Janet Moeller and her husband David and Sue Murphy and her husband Hugh, both of Martinsville, NJ; cousins, Shirley Nethery of Whiting, NJ, Bernadette Moore and her husband Jack of Bar Harbor, Maine, Joan Palmer of North Plainfield and Lola Curtis of Brick, NJ. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Sandra, Cheryl, Thomas and Michael; three great grandchildren and five nieces and nephews. Funeral arrangements which are private, under the direction of Kedz Funeral Home, Toms River.
