Obituary of Sharon Tyska

Sharon Tyska, 47 of Toms River, passed away Monday, February 20, 2012. Sharon was a chef and worked for a private group home and St. Joseph's Church, both of Toms River. She had a bright smile and brought joy into everything she did. She was a graduate of Toms River High School East and attended Georgian Court College. Born in Paterson, she was a life- long resident of Toms River. Sharon was predeceased by her parents, Ronald Tyska and Grace Tyska Richardson; brothers, Ronald, Kurt and John; and maternal grandmother, Olga Briganti. She is survived by her children, Christine and Shawn Brennan; long-time companion, Michael Tymzack; brothers, Gary Tyska and Lynn, and Richard Tyska and Lisa; sisters, Lori Tyska and Bob Blackwell and Christine Tyska and Jim Savastano; step-father, Thomas Richardson; step-sister Laurie and step-brother Thomas. Also surviving are many loving nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm, at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River, followed by a graveside service Saturday, 10:30am at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts in her memory to the family would be appreciated.
