RIP Uncle Chuck, things are changing fast down here and not for the good in my opinion.
My Mom has recently got her wings, she passed recently and I'm still trying to process it
through the fog of it all. Tell her I miss her.

Dad I love you very much and will miss you deeply. I know that you are not gonna be far because you are a part of all of us. I will never forget all that you have done for us. All that you have taught us is and will be handed down to Shawn. I will see and think of you every time I see something that reminds me of you. We'll all be there for mom. I will miss your hugs, your silly jokes that make you laugh (even if not funny but because you told it in a funny manner that you had to laugh as well), your pancakes/ tampora, your smile you would give to mom, did I say hugs.... ones that made you feel love and special, the hugs that lifted you up when you were down. I will miss everything about you dad, you were an amazing person. But I know you will live on forever in my memory and in my heart... I Love You Daddy and I'm glad your in no pain..say Hi to the family up there for me and of course give them a big hug. I hope the Notre Dame outfit fits from Uncle Donnie...look down on us now as we all look up to you always.. Love You Always & Forever Your Daughter Dawn

Hey Dad..this all seems so unreal..I know that its probably all going to hit me on Thursday though. If I had known that Easter was the last time I would have gotten your hugs, I would have never let you go. I could really use one right now. I hope you know you were and always will be my world. You could always make me smile when I cried by acting all upset that I got tears on your shirt..Your corny jokes made us all laugh even though most of them weren't really funny..You were my Knight in shining armor and I wish I had realized that earlier, I had been trying to find my fairytale and little did I know it was right in front of me. I'm sorry I wasn't there for the past three years..I made a mistake that I can't take back but I will try my hardest to learn from it. I'm back at home now Dad and I'm going to be there now for Mom. I'm going to start making the right decisions for what's best for me. I love you so much Daddy and no one is ever going to take your place. Like you always said, " Life goes on" and I'm going to try to go on without you physically here..I know you will always be with me in everything I do..when I walk down the aisle, I know that you will be by my side.. My kids will hear all the great stories of their pop-pop..every beautiful flower I see will make me think of you..every Notre Dame symbol will make me smile.. there's just so much that will make me feel like you are with me and I'm happy for that.. I love you Daddy, rest peacefully until we see each other again

Dear Poppop, I know that you will be watching over me and cheering me on with anything i do. i will always love you forever. i will miss your hugs and your famous pancakes. And hey dont listen to what they say about your jokes... they were pretty funny they just never got it but i did. i will always miss how whenever we came over you would always spoil us and make fun of Nanny when she would try and set you straight. I will always miss how you would come over and want to always do yard work. When i have my own house and im settled down i will make my own little peace of heaven in my yard. but what i am going to miss most is your amazing hugs. Nobody has ever hugged me like you have. i will love you forever and always and i know you will be watching over me for my whole life. Maybe you can bring me some of that Irish luck. i love you Poppop.
