Obituary of Calogero Gangitino

Calogero 'Pino' Gangitino, 58 of Toms River, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Mt. Sinai Hospital, in New York. For the past several years, Pino worked as a sales counselor at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Toms River. He was a communicant of St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church in Lakewood. Born and raised in Villadoro, Italy, he lived in Lakewood before moving to Toms River in 2003. Pino was predeceased by his precious daughter Lisa Gangitino in 1999. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Anna Maria Gangitino; son, Giuseppe (PJ) and his wife Kristina and a sister Giovanna Gangitino. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated 10:30 am Monday, at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, Madison Avenue and Route 9, Lakewood, NJ.
