Obituary of Charles E. Thul

Charles Edward Thul, 95, of Toms River, passed away Monday, June 11, 2012. Charles worked as a mechanic for Union Carbide of Bound Brook, NJ. He proudly served in the US Navy during World War II, and was a member of the Toms River American Legion Post 129. Born and raised in North Plainfield, he lived in Manasquan for 60 years before moving to Toms River 3 years ago. Surviving are his wife Izabel Thul;and three children, Charles E. Jr., John and Mary. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Wednesday from 9am to 12 pm with a funeral service at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery, Plainfield, NJ.
