Theresa M. Luft, 70 of Toms River, passed away Friday, October 26, 2012 at her home. She worked as a secretary for several professional offices in the shore area before retiring. Theresa enjoyed helping people and was an active volunteer for many years at the Ocean Medical Center, Brick. She was born and raised in Jersey City and lived in Brick for 36 years before moving to Toms River in 2005. Theresa was predeceased by her parents Michael and Theresa Morroccoli.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael and Robert Luft and three cherished grandchildren, Alex, Ryan and Melanie Luft, all of Toms River; sister, Carol Morroccoli of Moonachie; brother Ronald Morroccoli of Jackson; and her nephew Ronald Morroccoli of Barnegat.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 9 pm at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated 12:00 pm Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church, 619 Chestnut St., Lakehurst. Letters of condolence may be sent by visiting www.kedzfuneralhome.com
