Obituary of Peter G. Colasanti

Peter G. Colasanti, 59, of Waretown, NJ passed away suddenly on Monday, February 1, 2021. Peter was born and raised in Cedar Grove, NJ before moving to Toms River in 1970. He was a member of the IBEW-Local 102 for 10 years and a dedicated Electrician. Peter worked for Hammer Electric where he has made many dear friends over the years. He enjoyed playing guitars, surfing, and riding motorcycles in his free time. Peter is predeceased by his parents, Peter and Virginia Colasanti, and his brother-in-law, Gerard Crepezzi. He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Colasanti; daughter, April Colasanti and her fiancé Will; his granddaughters, Stella Mae and Scarlett Jae; sisters, Gina Crepezzi, Candace DiCorcia, and Sandra Corry; step-daughter, Nicole Trachman, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River, NJ.
