Obituary of Marie Rose

Marie Rose, 88, of Toms River passed away on July 10, 2021. Born in Acri Cosenza, Calabria, Italy, she moved to the US when she was just a teenager. She loved cooking, playing Bingo, gardening, and watching murder mysteries; but what she loved the most was spending time with her family, especially her great-grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Thomas; her seven grandchildren, Jennifer, Dominique, Angelique, Dominick, Eddie, Thomas, and Gianna; three great-grandchildren, Jayda, Sienna, and Scarlett; two sisters, Bombina and Sandy; three brothers, Tony, Nat, and Mario; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is now reunited in heaven with her loving daughters, Christine and Rose Mary; her husband, Donald; and her brothers, George and Angelo. Services will be held on Thursday, July 15th from 5-8 PM at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave, Toms River. Cremation will remain private.
