Obituary of Josephine L. Giordano

Josephine L. Giordano, 85, of Toms River passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, February 3, 2022. Josephine was raised in Lodi, NJ and moved from Bergen County in 1960s. She moved to Toms River then resided in Beachwood for many years. Josephine and her late husband, Gennaro ( Gene ) , were the owner and operators of Geno’s Pizzatowne which originated in South Toms River, for over 25 years. She was a long-standing member of Osbornville Protestant Church in Brick, NJ. Josephine is predeceased by her husband, Gennaro Giordano. She is survived by her daughter, Laura Giordano and son, Nicholas Giordano and his wife Michele; grandson, Vincent Ciarla and his wife Alicia; great-grandchildren, Julia and Cody; brother-in-law’s, Donald Giordano, and Dennis Giordano and his wife Dolly, many nieces and nephews and long-time friends, Robert & Rosemary Rankin and Jerry Perrella and so many other wonderful caring friends.
