Louis J. Carratura, Jr., 77, of Toms River passed away peacefully on Friday, March 11, 2022. Louis was born in Jersey City, NJ and raised in Kearny. He worked for US Postal Services in Eatontown for 40 years before retiring to Toms River. He had a passion for bass fishing and loved spending time with his family.
He is predeceased by his parents, Louis and Ethel Carratura.
Louis is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Nancy Carratura; son, Brian Carratura and his wife Danielle; daughters, Daneen McElvogue and her husband Peter, and Melaina Conroy and her husband Richard, and grandchildren, Caroline, Jenna, Owen, Cole, and Emma.
A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 10:00 am at Saint Dominic’s Roman Catholic Church, 250 Old Squan Road, Brick, NJ.
