I'm sorry but I won't be able to be their to say goodbye to him. So It is with a tear in my eye that I write this. Words cannot express the loss I am feeling and I'm not going to dwell on my friends death. I want and need you to know how much of a good friend he was to me. Your husband and father became one of my closest friends and I don't have many, his companionship and professionalism nurtured me as human being. For those of us who new him well, new his devotion to his family was exceptional. He had a way with words and I adopted many of his phrases , especially "Keep the Faith ". He made me laugh with the way he approached all his projects and his pack ratting attitude for which I adopted and needed therapy for. (LOL) He always treated me with respect and was always willing to hear me and give his advice without contempt. And take mine without judgment. He gave the shirt of his back at times and asked for nothing. He wasn't an Angel but but neither was I and that's why we understood each other. It was privileged to know him and happy to speak with him one last time the day before he left us. I will miss my friend Tremendously and I hope he's at peace wherever he is. He is forever in my heart! "Keep The Faith"
