My mom is a loving and a compassionate woman.Growing up with my siblings in the Philippines, we didn’t have a lot but my parents worked hard to send us to school. My mom came here in America with my father in 2004. She was so amazed at how great it is leaving here and she made a lot of friends. She had shortcomings just like anybody else and one of those is being non compliant with her diabetic diet.She used to love planting her vegetables in the summer but the ill-effects of diabetes prevented her to do the things she used to love doing and the disease was getting worse every passing year. Unexpectedly, she passed away on Mother’s Day.
Inang, wherever you are, we know you are in a better place now. We know that you understand that most of our family members especially our 2 other siblings Lyn and Mike are not here as you’re being laid to rest.
We will miss you and we will be okay knowing that you are no longer suffering. You picked the most memorable day to leave us which was Mother’s Day.
Rest in peace and go with God, Inang. We will miss you and thank you so much for everything. Until we meet again…..

Thank you inang for everything, I might be rough sometimes but that doesnt mean i dont love you, concern lang ako sa health mo.everyday,i see you yung lakad mo,the smell of bengay.I pray everyday for your health na sana tumagal pa buhay mo.Hindi ko man napapakita sayo,I love and miss you,standing alone at the kitchen,I remember the last time you went to the bathroom na sana tinanong kita kung ok ka lang ba.na sana i check on you at the right time, but with the distractions I’m doing that time di ko na naisip yun. Maraming maraming salamat sa lahat and I love you inang.I know di mo na mababasa to but you will remain in my heart forever.till we meet again so i can hug you.
