Obituary of Marie C. Lasky

Marie C. Lasky, 84 of Toms River, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 20, 2023. Marie was born and raised in Newark, NJ. She graduated from East Side High School class of 1958. Marie and her family moved to Toms River in 1971. She was a secretary for 20 years at the Bob Grimm Real Estate office in Toms River. Beside the enjoyment she shared by spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, her other interests included reading and shopping on QVC. Marie was a communicant of St. Justin’s Catholic Church and was a member of the American Heart Association. She was predeceased by her parents, Bernard and Eleanor Howell, and a brother Thomas Howell. Marie is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Charles J. Lasky; son Gregory Lasky and his wife Diane; daughter Tracy Lasky; sister Kathleen Ramaglia; 3 grandchildren, Carrie Ann Rosetto and her husband Michael, Max Lasky and his wife Zuleyha, Michelle Lasky; 2 great granddaughters, Isabella and Mia Rosetto; and Maurice, her faithful dog. A prayer service will be offered at St. Joseph Cemetery 56 Cedar Grove Road, Toms River, in the Risen Christ Chapel on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 11:00am. Friends are invited to meet with the family from 10:30 untill the service at 11:00.
