Obituary of Edita Jankauskiene

Edita Jankauskiene, 55, of Manchester Twp., passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2024. Edita was born in Simnas, Lithuania and graduated from the Panevezio Medical School in Lithuania and worked as a mid-wife. In March of 2001, she joined her family in Lakewood and in 2016 they purchased a home and moved to Manchester. Edita was a very kind and caring person and was a home aide to many in the local area. Edita is survived by, her husband Eimutis Jankauskas; two sons Erikas Jankauskas and his wife Stacie, and Elonas Jankauskas; a brother, Darius Misevicius; sister Reda Venskiene; her father, Algimantas Misevicius; and a niece, Tautvile Zailskiene and nephew Lukas Venkus. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River on Tuesday, May 28, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a funeral service offered at 7:30 pm.
