Obituary of Rosemary Glandz

Rosemary Glandz, 86 of Toms River passed away peacefully early Wednesday morning, October 23, 2013. She was born June 17, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY and moved to Toms River in 1960. She is survived by her daughter Beverlee Fidalgo of Toms River and son George Glandz of Troy, NY, as well as her 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She devoted her life lovingly to the care of others. She met life's challenges with unselfish courage and quiet strength. As a young woman she lovingly cared for her 8 younger siblings. After raising three children of her own, she enjoyed nurturing her grandchildren. To her family and all who knew her she radiated a sweet, gentle kindness and her spirit lives on in every life she touched. Calling hours will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Friday, October 25, 2013, from 6 to 9 pm with a funeral service being offered at 8:30 pm.
