Bill & I met in 1985 when I lived in NO Arlington.
I tried to call him & sent a letter to his house but no reply. I should of known something happen.
Bill is a WONDERFUL person and will be GREATLY missed. It's unfortunate that we loss contact as I moved to Rochester, NY many years ago.
I believe last time I saw Bill is when I took him to Maryland to see and meet Actress Ann-Margret. He even got a photo taken with her & I hope the family has it as he was trilled to have it taken with her!
Bill will ALWAYS be in my heart as he was one of the MOST special people I've known in my life.
Rest in peace buddy...Until we meet again!

Dear Mrs. Cox and family, I am sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I remember Bill from Sacred Heart and delivering the newspaper to your home. He was always nice and someone for you and Mr. Cox to be proud of. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Take care, Paul Brady

Bill was my neighbor and friend. He was well liked by all of us and we already miss him a great deal. I met many good people as a result of knowing Bill. He loved his mother very much and held her in very high regard. His cousin Ed did a great deal to help Bill as well. Bill was always there for me and I still look over across the street to see if he is sitting outside with his dog or talking to Kim and John his next door neighbors who cared for him a great deal every day as well. My deepest regards to his mother, family and friends.Bill will be missed by me personally and I will always remember him as my friend.Stuart Martinsen

Dear Mrs "C", Patty, Bob, Glenn and all the rest of the family, Dave and I were very sad to hear about Bills passing. We had not been in touch as of late but just wanted you all to know we are sorry for the loss of Bill. I remember our talks when we lived in both Seaside Heights and in Seaside Park,as well as his knack for making "Gravy" that seemed to have to be stired for hours but was so good!!! .His taping of his "stories" which he watched after getting home from work. Bill was also the one who got me my job at Atlantic Belt. He loved animals and took care of our cats at work as well as his own at home. He loved his yard and anything he was able to add to it gave him great enjoyment. He truly was a gentle soul with a good heart. I know Bill is in a better place with God and having a conversation with his father that he missed so much. With my deepest sympathy I wish I could have been with you today. Dan
