Being a next door neighbor of the Shafers in Toms River, it was devastating news to learn of Kristen's passing. I always remember Kristen as a bubbly, happy and smiling child. Her husband and son surely have an angel in heaven watching over them. Sincerest sympathies to the Shafer and Englert families. As a mother, I feel your loss. Deepest condolences.
