I was Danny's direct supervisor, when he worked for a mental health agency, and he decided to go to school for his nursing degree. He was always smiling, loved by staff and clients, and displayed so much energy and enthusiasm that it wore me out just watching him go like the Energizer Bunny all day. I had no doubt he would succeed in his nursing career, or any other endeavor he undertook. He loved helping others and had great compassion for his clients. He also had a strong passion for life and adventure. It is so sad to see him go at such a young age. However, he also lived more in 37 years than many do in a full lifetime. Deepest condolences to all his loved ones, he has taken a piece of many hearts leaving so soon. Rest in peace Danny!
