Paul Noviski, 66 of Egg Harbor City, passed away Friday, April 4, 2014 at his home with his beloved wife by his side. Paul was a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and worked as a chef for 10 years at the Stockton Seaview Hotel and Golf Club in Galloway, NJ. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church of Absecon, NJ. Born in Point Pleasant, he lived in Lavallette, moving to the Atlantic City area in 1985. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Marie Noviski.
Paul is survived by his beloved wife Gerda; brother, Edward John Noviski, Jr., of Claremore, OK; 3 nephews, 1 niece, 4 grand nephews, 7 grand nieces.
Services were held privately for the family.
