Obituary of Jason P. Hines

Jason P. Hines, 40 of Bayville, passed away Friday, January 9, 2015. Jason was working as a mechanic for Wheel Keep You Rollin Auto Repair in Lanoka Harbor. Born in Norwalk, CT., he lived in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Bayville in 1982. Jason was an avid Giants and Rangers fan. Surviving are his mother Elaine Hines, his brother Sean Potestio, and his sister Kathryn Potestio, all of Bayville. Also surviving are aunts and uncles, Teresa and Jesse Hall, Joann and Jerry Hines, Al and Sue Hines as well as cousins Jenn, Wade, Olivia, and Brody Elms, Kim, Stacy, Ruby, and Violet Haug. A memorial gathering to celebrate Jason's life will be held from 4 to 7 pm on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts to the family would be greatly appreciated.
