My thoughts and prayers are with the Tice family at this time. Richard Tice was my uncle and a big part of my early childhood. I remember the good times when he would give me rides in his silver mustang, tickling me, and taking candy from my Easter basket. Once I moved away I didn't keep in contact but always remembered the good times I shared with him. Please know he will be remembered. My deepest sympathy and condolences to all, especially Lori .
