Dear Carol: I was so sorry to hear of Rich's passing. I am so fortunate to have had his friendship and professional guidance for over 20 years. He was, by far, the most gifted professional I met during my almost 30 year career. The success I have enjoyed was the direct result of his mentoring, and I will always be so very grateful. We were assigned a project in Cape May and spent many hours in the car traveling to and from. We enjoyed so many lively conversations during those trips and often had lunch at a golf club in the area. So many fond memories. I will truly miss Rich and I wish you and the family strength during this difficult time. John

I met Rich only a few years ago, but over the past year of working with Rich, I came to know him as a kind, giving, honest man. I learned a lot from Rich and looked forward to working with him each day and spending time with him on Saturdays. My heart goes out to his family and friends. He was a great man. a true friend I will miss dearly.

Dear Carol and Family of my Beloved Friend Rich, I am heartsick over the news of Rich's passing. He was truly a one of a kind man and will be missed by so many people. The devotion to you and your family was always discussed when I would see him. I admired that trait so much because he reminded me of my Father. His first love was you and the kids, then Atlantic City and the Horses. I remember the day our office went to Monmouth Park with him and how we all looked to him for advice, he was like the Pope blessing everyone's bets. He told me that day was like a wonderful dream to him. When we talked about the Casino's he would always tell me to stop being scared to max bet, and to go big or go home! He was fearless and headstrong and to the end determined to beat the odds, unfortunately, they were against him this time and we lost a man who didn't give a damn about what other people thought, but lived the way he wanted to-you got to love that spunk. He gave you no choice but to love him, and I did. When you moved into your present home, he gave me the plastic pond which we filled with Goldfish and plant life. It will be a constant reminder of his kindness and I will treasure it always. May God give you strength to endure this tragedy and overcome. Sincerely, Sandra and Steve Oshetsky
