Obituary of Kevin L. Jones

Kevin L. Jones, 52 of Waretown, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017. Kevin worked as a self employed carpenter in the Ocean County area for many years and went on to travel the country as a truck driver. Born in New York City, he spent part of his childhood in the Bronx before moving to South Toms River. Kevin was a graduate of Toms River High School South where he lettered in football and wrestling. He completed his certification in Fitness and Nutrition and used his knowledge to help others. He was a highly creative man who took pleasure in music, art, nature and most of all his family. He is survived by his wife Rebecca Alleman – Jones; daughters, Kiannah Jones, Danelle Wood, Devinee Wood, Chelsea Jones, Bianka Wood, Breanna Wood; son Andrew Jones; three step children; one niece; two nephews; and eleven loving grandchildren whom he adored. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Friday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday at the funeral home.
