Obituary of Roger G. Pipher

Roger G. Pipher, Sr., 71 of Toms River, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2017. Roger worked as a truck driver for JP Removal Company in Jersey City. He then started his own business and worked with many of the Ocean County funeral homes for many years. For the past four years, he worked as a driver for Southern Ocean County Hospital. He was a proud Army veteran, having served during the Vietnam War. Roger was born and raised in Jersey City, moving to Toms River over 25 years ago. Roger is survived by his wife of 31 years, Linda Petruzziello Pipher; son, Roger, Jr., and his wife Theresa; daughter, Danielle Reed; four grandchildren, Jessica, William, Lexi and Jordan; brother Robert Pipher; and sister Loretta Bolles. Visitation will be held at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Ave., Toms River on Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 pm. Interment will be private.
