In Loving Memory of Ricardo "Suresh" Sookdeo, 1977-2023 We celebrate the radiant life of Ricardo "Suresh" Sookdeo, who left us too soon on October 23, 2023, at the age of 46. While his journey on this earth was briefer than we would have wished, Ricardo's indomitable spirit, boundless enthusiasm, and warmth ensured he left an everlasting imprint on the hearts of those he touched. Born in Trinidad on April 25, 1977, Ricardo was a beacon of hope and positivity. His laughter was infectious, his heart generous, and his presence was truly a gift to all who knew him. Passionate in every pursuit, Ricardo had an undeniable love for life's many adventures. As a dedicated utility locator for Exelon, he showcased his commitment to excellence and precision, leaving a legacy of professionalism and dedication in his field. Family was the cornerstone of Ricardo's life. The deep bonds he formed, the shared moments of joy and laughter, and the countless memories created with loved ones were sources of endless warmth and comfort to him. Ricardo is survived by his loving wife, Lisa; his siblings, Cindy, Loraine, Judy, Sham, Rajesh, and Denish; as well as many in-laws, nieces, nephews, stepchildren, and other cherished family members and friends who became like family to him. He was predeceased by his mother, Ruby Jadoonanan; his father, Sookdeo "Hunter" Jadoonanan; and his sibling, Joy. While we deeply feel the absence of Ricardo’s physical presence, the memories, love, and joy he brought into our lives remain eternal. A celebration of Ricardo's remarkable life will be held on Monday, October 30, 2023, at Kedz Funeral Home, 1123 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753, from 5-7PM. The viewing is open to the public, and the family welcomes flowers to honor and remember him. Ricardo's legacy of love, kindness, and positivity is a guiding light for all who were blessed to know him.
